1- 23.5" board; routed & sanded with 12 "month" hooks drilled in bottom
24 - 1 1/2" discs with hooks and eyes already drilled and attached 
                 **Heart discs can be substituted (usually used
                     for anniversaries) up to 5 heart substitutes per dozen discs
2 - sawtooth hangers and nails for the  back of the board
